Lake Anne Homeowners Association Dues

Dues are $300 a year per lot due by March 31 annually. Lake Anne dues are not optional. Dues are needed for insurance, taxes, landscaping maintenance of common areas, lake and dam maintenance, fallen tree removal on common property, signage, and neighborhood gatherings.
